Ticket Info

Tickets are available online.  On our homepage, please click on the “Buy Tickets” button located next to the performance you are interested in.  You must have a credit/debit card to order tickets online Tickets are also available in the box office approximately 30 minutes prior to each performance.  The box office accepts cash, check, and credit/debit cards.

Ticket Prices

Usually, tickets are $19 for adults, $17 for seniors and college students, and $12 for for those 17 and under.  There are occasional exceptions.

Show Times

Typically, Thursday through Saturday performances are at 7 pm, and Sunday matinees are at 3 pm. *Except for special circumstances. Please always check the time of your desired performance before purchasing tickets*

Box Office

The box office will open 30 minutes prior to any show time.

Leave a message at the box office at 540-712-0001 to arrange for wheelchair accessible seating.  Or, visit the box office prior to show time.

If you require a ticket exchange or refund, please email us at theatre@shenanarts.org.

Group Discounts

SAVINGS
All groups of 10 or more receive special discounts and pay no additional service charges.

FLEXIBLE PAYMENT
No deposit is required at the time of your reservation, and various payment methods are accepted. The full payment will be due three weeks prior to the performance.

SEAT/TICKET CHANGES
You may add or subtract as many seats as you like anytime before the final payment is due. As long as your group remains as 10 or more people, the group rate still applies. All sales are final so once you have paid in full tickets cannot be returned. Additional seats at the same group rate may be added as long as there is availability.

CONCIERGE SERVICE
We provide outstanding customer service for your group needs and can assist in helping your overall experience with recommendations for area restaurants,
transportation, and more.

This discount only applies to ShenanArts productions. Productions from guests such as the Shenandoah Valley Governor’s School, or special concerts, are excluded from group discounts.

We always set up our events so that you may choose your own seats. We have found that some patrons internet browsers, regardless of what we set AudienceView to do, end up with only the option of “Best Available.” If that is the case for you, please feel free to call the box office and we would be happy in assisting you in purchasing your desired seats.

If you are unable to purchase tickets through the website, we would be happy to assist you in the box office.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you are having trouble with our website, please check that you do not have a pop-up blocker enabled. Secondly, check to make sure that your internet browser is up to date. This includes checking for “Plug-in” updates as well.

If you are running Internet Explorer, you may notice problems in ordering tickets. We have found there are some compatibility issues with this internet browser, and recommend using Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Google Chrome to view our website correctly.

All purchases are processed as separate transactions, so unless you are purchasing an additional 10 tickets (or more) the group discount will not apply.

After selecting your seats in the theatre in the “Select Seats” page, click the “Next” button. You will be directed to the “Review your Selection” page. You should see each ticket you have selected individually itemized on the left, along with the ticket type (set to Adult by default) in the middle, and the price on the right. Click on “Adult” to open up a drop down menu, and select the ticket type you would like to purchase. After you select the correct ticket type, the ticket price will adjust itself accordingly.

You should receive an email confirmation within an hour (at the most, it usually comes through in 5 minutes) of purchasing your tickets. If you do not, please call us as soon as possible so that we can assure your seat has been reserved.

We break down our ticket prices by age bracket, not by seat placement in the theatre. Our ticket prices are as follows:

  • $19 for adults
  • $17 for seniors (55+) and college students
  • $12 for 17 and under

Ticket prices are subject to change.

Mainstage shows are typically reserved seating. On the Edge shows are general admission ticketing.

Yes. Please leave a message at the box office and someone will be happy to exchange your ticket, and send you a new confirmation e-mail.

Your order is stored in our database. You may call the box office to request another confirmation e-mail be sent, or you may visit the box office prior to the performance and they can print you off another ticket.
